A letter from Codey
Dear Creator,
Have you ever had the feeling, deep inside of the places in your heart that you rarely open, that you're living way smaller than you're meant to be?
I know that feeling. I grew up inside it.
My story doesn't start with smooth days and childlike wonder. I was raised by a teen Mom fresh out of domestic violence doing her best with a broken heart. A father I lost twice โonce when I was three, and again at fifteen when he died of an overdose. Three brothers pulled toward addiction. Generational trauma so deep it had its own language. I love my parents to death, they taught me many incredible lessons, but they didn't have what they needed to give me what I needed.
I was a highly sensitive, deeply feeling kid in a world that had no room for that. So I learned what most of us learn; how to wear a face that fits. How to read every room and become whoever I needed to be to survive it. By the time I was an adult I was fluent in other people and a stranger to myself.
The world rewarded me for it. I got into sales. I made money. I figured out people fast. Faster than almost anyone around me. But the chaos I was carrying followed me everywhere. I lost eighteen jobs. I was genuinely unemployable. My mental health collapsed at twenty-one. I spent three and a half years barely holding on, paranoid, dissociated, convinced at my lowest point that I wasn't even myself anymore. I didn't need a strategy. I needed to find out who I actually was.ย
So I left. No money. No plan. Just the soul-deep knowing that you cannot get well in the environment that made you sick. And somewhere between begging for food in a foreign country and sitting alone with nothing but books and silence, I cracked open.
I studied everything. Neuroscience, Trauma, Epigenetics, Consciousness, Spirituality, Somatics. I fell completely in love with what it means to be human. I saw the patterns underneath people. The inherited stories. The masks handed to us before we were old enough to refuse them.
I saw it most clearly in myself. I had been trying to build something real from behind a face only millimeters thick. A version of me assembled from what I was told I was allowed to be.
The moment I took it off, everything changed. Not because I found something new; because I finally stopped hiding what was already there. That is the only thing I teach. Not a method. Not a formula. Not someone else's framework dressed up in my voice. The singular truth I have staked my entire life on;ย
You, as you are right now, only happen once. And the world has been waiting for the version of you that stops asking for permission.
Look, it didn't start easy for me, but that didn't control my destiny. I knew I wanted more, but desire wasn't enough. I had to do something about it. Just like you do now. Your decisions control your life, not your circumstances.ย
This is The Art Is You.
Where the mask comes off. Where the Creator in you finally gets the room it deserves. Where you build a business and an Identity on the foundation of who you really are. Where you stop performing for life and start creating it.
It's my honour to serve you here.ย You're a living story. Let's tell it.
